Todd Gyure
President
Todd has been with Boulevard Title Agency, Inc. for over 20 years. Todd was personally groomed for this business by his Mom, Penny Gyure, a pioneer for women in the title business. Todd acquired Boulevard Title from his mom following her retirement with over 50 years in the business. Todd is not only the Head Title Officer, but he is also an Escrow Officer, so to say that the Title Business is in his blood would be an understatement.

Todd and his wife Sandy, the proud Dog Dad and Mom of 7 Dachshunds presently. In Todd’s down time he is an avid Model maker, and he loves to race his S10 Truck Chevy Pickup at Kuhnle (formerly Thompson) Drag Raceway in the Summers. Todd is also involved in his church and helps wherever needed.
Pam Lowry
Senior Escrow Officer/ Manager
Pam comes with over 35 years of experience as a seasoned Escrow Officer/Manager. Pam has worked for several national title companies, but prefers a smaller company so that she can focus on her clients and the realtors she deals with. Pam’s vast experience is everything from traditional financing, hard money lenders, short sales, and everything in between.

When Pam joined Boulevard Title her role extended past Escrow as she is the Operations Manger. She oversees the office and maintains our vendor relationships to ensure that our clients are treated to easy and smooth closings. Beside Title, Pam’s other passion is to help grieving people and runs a program called GriefsShare at her local church. Pam also loves to cook and enjoys feeding all her family and friends with delicious dishes. Pam is the proud mom of one daughter and 3 “Littles” which make her life complete.
Sandy Gyure
Office Administrator
Sandy married into Title Business and has been with Boulevard Title Agency since 2013 when she decided she had enough of the retail world. Sandy maintains the books, handles the monthly Title Reporting and wears pretty much whatever hat that is required to assist with keeping things running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

Sandy is married to Todd and has 3 sons. Last year, they were blessed with their first grandchild who is Grammy too. Sandy’s time off consists of spoiling her grandchild and her 7 pups.
Victoria Norman
Victoria arrived here at Boulevard Title Agency, Inc. after she had spent years helping her mom who was a realtor. Victoria has been a wonderful addition to our staff and is a very fast learner. Victoria handles the Order Entry of Contracts, assists with Escrow duties like a pro. Victoria is being trained to be an Escrow Officer.

The escrow business is the part of the business she really likes. Victoria is getting married in September of 2023 and is the proud mom of the apple of her eye, Logan. Victoria enjoys watching scary movies, playing softball, and walking her two dogs.
